Returns & Refund Policy

Parfums de Sam is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Because fragrance products are considered personal use items, we maintain strict standards for returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Items purchased on sale, promotional bundles, or with discount codes.
  • Gift cards and samples.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. How to Request a Return

 

 

Email our customer care team at support@parfumsdesam.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

6. International Orders

Due to customs restrictions, international returns may not be possible in some regions. Please contact us before initiating a return from outside the U.S.
