2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, generally 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $75.
- International free shipping thresholds vary and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
5. International Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or international courier services.
6. Delivery Issues
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the courier directly. We’ll assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement.
